At Caye Caulker Boutique Guest House we are always excited to welcome new guests. We strive to make every stay special and appreciate your help in maintaining the quality of our rooms and outdoor spaces. Listed below are a few guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 30 days before check-in time to avoid additional charges.

Theft and Security
Please do not leave the property unsecured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Always ensure rooms are locked when left unattended.

Power Conservation
Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and fans when they are not in use. The Island's power supply often requires maintenance due to weather and other external factors. Guests will be notified of scheduled outages in advance.

Wildlife
Be mindful of the natural surroundings and wildlife. Use the provided all-natural mosquito spray, especially at sunset, and wash it off before bed to protect the sheets. Geckos often visit the property to say hello and snack on some bugs, we ask guests to respect and leave them be.

Smoking
We have a comfortable smoking area located at the rear of the property on the other side of the pool area. If smoking occurs in the room during the stay, a fee of $500 will be charged to your account. Tobacco products are legal to smoke on the Island, however, cannabis products are not.

Kitchen
Treat all guest house amenities carefully and report any issues to the front desk. Please keep the kitchen clean, additional cleaning charges may apply.

Laundry
Laundry services are available anytime on-site for an extra fee of . Laundry is returned within 24 hours of the exchange.

Water
Water is a valuable resource in Belize so conserve and use water with care. We will always have potable drinking water available for guests.
