Craig and Nina

Nina and Craig Anderson are the new owners of the Boutique Guesthouse located in
the beautiful village of Caye Caulker. Together they have explored many of the Islands
throughout the Caribbean over their lifetime. Upon docking at the boat terminal, they
immediately felt “The Vibe” and shortly were taken in by the beauty of the island and the
sense of community that came from the local residents.
Nina has a love for yoga, snorkeling and long-distance running. Craig is an avid
spearfisherman and saltwater fishing fan. Caye Caulker is the perfect place for their
passions. The couple is looking to forge a connection with the local community and plan
to spend a large part of their retirement here on the South Island. Nina is a 2nd grade
teacher and is excited that the island elementary school is located on the same block as
the Guesthouse. Mrs. Anderson will certainly give some of her free time to assist where
needed. Mr. Anderson is hopeful to find a way to support the local environment and the
life of the reef that is so crucial to the long-term success of the island and country of
Belize. Reefs across the world are experiencing pressure from many forces including
temperature rises. The reef off Caye Caulker is vibrant and alive and needs to be
protected in whatever manner possible.
The Andersons are blessed to be able to call Caye Caulker their second home. The
previous owners had amazing vision to create what they did in the Caye Caulker
Boutique Guesthouse. They built the Guesthouse buildings to have a sense of
belonging with the beautiful plants and palms that are strewn throughout the property.
Come visit Paradise and enjoy all that Caye Caulker has to offer. Whether you love
fishing or diving or just relaxing by the gorgeous pool, the island and guesthouse have it
all. The Andersons can’t wait to welcome you and do everything they can to make your
